All prices on the website are listed per 100 grams of yarn.

Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

  • bank card payment
  • cash on delivery
  • PayPal
  • Clover card (for Transnistria)

Winding and Reservation

  • Yarn winding is provided free of charge
  • Winding is done in increments of 100 grams
  • Yarn with a length of 1500 meters or more is wound on a cone
  • Product reservation is available for up to 2 days

Shipping within Moldova (Nova Poshta)

Shipping service: www.novaposta.md

Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch:

  • up to 2 kg – 29 MDL per parcel
  • up to 5 kg – 39 MDL per parcel
    Shipping is paid by the customer

Courier delivery within Moldova:

  • up to 2 kg – 58 MDL
  • up to 5 kg – 68 MDL
    Delivery costs are paid by the customer and are not included in the product price

Free shipping:

  • for orders from 1800 MDL, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch within Moldova is free of charge

International Shipping

International shipping costs depend on the destination country and parcel weight.

Example:
Israel

  • 1 kg – 240 MDL
  • 1.5 kg – 380 MDL
  • 2 kg – 500 MDL

Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
