Shipping Terms

  • Orders are shipped via the Nova Poshta delivery service
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise
  • Shipping is paid by the customer
  • Free shipping is available for orders from 1800 MDL and applies only to delivery to a Nova Poshta branch within Moldova

Returns and Exchanges

According to Government Decision No. 1465 of December 8, 2003, textile products are not eligible for return or exchange.

This includes:

  • cotton products
  • linen products
  • wool products
  • silk products
  • synthetic fabrics
  • ribbons, trims, and similar textile goods

After purchase, yarn and textile materials cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether the sale is made domestically or internationally.

VAT

WOOL CASHEMERE is not a VAT payer.
This condition applies to both domestic and international sales.
